Our trademark is the sequential words "Student Driven Learning" in any color, shape, or form referring to, but not limited to, commercial applications of educational tools or resources designed to assist individual study
for any student, via internet, digital or analog device technology, digital image, interactive animation, software or application, including training services for teachers, tutors, and students alike. Our trademark includes the use of the sequential letters S.D.L. in any shape, color, or form as well.
We will enforce trademark rights vigorously within the limits of the law.
Any unauthorized use, misuse, or abuse of our trademark rights will be addressed.
